Dinner: In Japan, hot pot is a very popular cuisine during winter. Amongst hot pot cuisine, crab hot pot is the most loved. Here at Koman, crab hot pot entails that each guest is served an entire crab in a specially-made white soy sauce dashi base. Afterwards, finish things up with our crab zosui (rice soup). Also includes an aperitif, appetizer, boiled crab, shrimp and crab sashimi, pickled vegetables, and fruit.   Breakfast: Breakfast uses a variety of local Tajima ingredients.
