Your first stop: the Kannabe Highlands
Drive down south to Kannabe, a highland town known for its family-friendly ski resorts, warm locals, and toasty hot springs.
Start the day off with some adrenaline on the slopes at Kannabe Snow Academy. Experience a private lesson with a local instructor and learn the ins and outs of basic skiing or snowboarding on gentle hilly slopes.

Fill up on a hearty, homegrown meal at Waraku
After you've had your fill on the slopes, drive over to Waraku, a local restaurant in Kannabe, for some a filling soba noodle lunch.
Soak the day away at Kannabe Onsen Yutorogi's Hot Spring
Indoor and outdoor baths await for a little getaway from the blustery cold.
Get rid of your muscle fatigue with warm hot spring water and jet massage for a relaxing end of a day moment.
