Rent-a-car from Kinosaki (Small Car)

Insurance is not included in the rental price. Because foreign credit cards often do not cover vehicle damage in Japan, we strongly recommend purchasing one of our two insurance options. The insurance fee can be paid on-site when you pick up your car.

Option 1: Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
JPY 2,000 per 24 hours
CDW waives your responsibility for paying deductibles (50,000-100,000 yen) for property damage and/or vehicle damage in the event of an accident. However, the Non-Operation Charge will NOT be waived.

Option 2: Full Coverage Plan (CDW + Non-Operation Charge Waiver):
JPY 3,000 per 24 hours
The Full Coverage Plan waives your responsibility for paying deductibles (50,000-100,000 yen) for property damage and/or vehicle damage in the event of an accident. It also waives the Non-Operation Charge .

Non-Operation Charge is :
In the event of a car accident, car theft, car breakdown, or stains/damage to the car that requires repair and/or cleaning, the following fees will be charged as compensation for business interruption: * Driven back to the scheduled location: 20,000 yen * Not driven back to the location: 50,000 yen
*Please note that damages to installed devices and holes in the seats are not covered by the Non-Operation Charge and will be charged separately if necessary.
