Under the expertise of the owners of Yashio, a reservation-only restaurant in Takeno, savor the clean, natural flavors of locally sourced seafood, game, and vegetables.
Make your own sushi
Learn from a master how to roll authentic sushi using only the freshest fish caught directly from the nearby sea.
After your private lesson, savor the fruits of your labor with a lunch homemade by Yashio's staff, and also your handmade sushi rolls!
An accompanying English guide will be your personal interpretor during the experience.
Along with your sushi, ingredients gracing your plate will include locally sourced vegetables, fish, and soup.
A sake tasting is also provided.
