Under the expertise of the owners of Yashio, a reservation-only restaurant in Takeno, savor the clean, natural flavors of locally sourced seafood, game, and vegetables.
Make your own sushi
Learn from a master how to slice up a fish and roll authentic sushi using only the freshest fish caught directly from the nearby sea.
An accompanying English guide will be your personal interpreter during the private lesson.
After your private lesson, savor the fruits of your labor with a dinner homemade by Yashio's staff, and also your handmade sushi rolls!
Along with your sushi, ingredients gracing your plate will include locally sourced vegetables, fish, and soup.
A sake tasting is also provided.
