Toyooka Music Festival
For one week, Toyooka turns into a "music town" with a variety of concerts and musical performances located in various areas around Kinosaki Onsen.
The annual festival of music known as “Onpu no Saiten!”
Dubbed as the “week when Toyooka transforms into a town of music,” Onpu no Saiten aims to encourage international exchange between music from all walks of the world and Toyooka’s citizens.
A variety of concerts from different classical music groups will be stationed across Toyooka City, including free concerts and concerts for children.
