・The tour prioritizes guests' safety. The itinerary may change or end early for safety reasons. In case of bad weather, the activity may be cancelled. We will inform you by 18:00 the day before, so please check your email.
・Those over 100kg in weight cannot participate.
・If you are late, your activity may be cancelled without a refund.
・Complimentary transfers are available from Takeno/Kinosaki Onsen Station or your local accommodation in those areas. Advanced reservation is required.
・Please bring: clothing that can get wet/swimsuit, water shoes, hat, water. We recommend wearing long-sleeved tops and full-length trousers to help protect against jellyfish and other marine hazards.
・Rental water shoes (up to Japanese size 29cm) available free of charge, please provide your Japanese shoe size in advance.
・Snorkeling option is only available from 1st July to 13th September.
・Waterproof phone cases are available for purchase at our shop. Please ask our staff for details.
