The beach is just a two-minute walk away.
When you return to the inn from the beach, you can take a shower to wash off the sand and then go straight into the hot springs, which is great.
The food was also delicious!

The rooms were completely renovated around 2024?
and were absolutely beautiful.

My kids, who had said "hotels are better!" before we went, were also very happy!

They also offer SUP and canoe tours,
and I went canoeing with my 7-year-old daughter, who had a blast.
My youngest child can also join a canoeing tour through a cave once he starts elementary school, so I'd like to come back and visit again.

Anyway, the crab is plentiful, fresh (not frozen unlike the famous hot spring towns nearby), and delicious. The alleys of the village, where there were not many people, still had a good old Showa atmosphere and I enjoyed a leisurely stroll.

The accommodation is located in a place that is a little difficult to find.

The room seemed to have been renovated and there didn't seem to be any rooms with fusuma partitions. The room is clean. For the crab course C, I was able to enjoy crab to my heart's content. thank you very much. There were two adults on the course, which was about 2 high per adult, but only one crab tag came with it.

There was only one person who could pay the bill at check-out, and that person also provided transportation, so I almost had to wait for the bill. It was also interesting to hear the rather unpleasant comment from the person taking the bill, ``We're also open for lunch, so it's hard to figure out where to spend the cost.'' If you have time to be away, I thought it would be better if you could let me know during breakfast or something.

I didn't stay overnight, but used it as part of a JR project called Kani Kani Day Trip Express.
Choose a course that allows you to enjoy 2.25 servings of crab per person.
Each person had a luxurious bowl of boiled crab, 0.5 bowl each of grilled crab and crab sukiyaki, and 0.25 bowl of sashimi.
Everything was delicious, but my favorite was the grilled crab.
The flavor of the crab was concentrated and the meat was fluffy, making it an exquisite dish.
I regret that I couldn't make it to the rice porridge, which was sure to be delicious, because I only had three hours to eat.
I'm sorry for leaving you behind.
Next time, I've decided to book an early train and definitely try the rice porridge.

I wanted to eat crab, so I made a reservation at a hotel where I thought I could eat a lot of crab.
The course consisted of sashimi, grilled crab, and crab hotpot, and all of them had a lot of crab, so I was able to enjoy crab to my heart's content.
The hostess was very personable, and the room was clean and comfortable.
It's a little far from the main station, and the surrounding area is mainly a beach inn, but Hasakariiwa, a famous place for praying for entrance exams, is within walking distance.

I thoroughly enjoyed the crab. There was more crab than I could eat, so I was really satisfied with the dish.
There seemed to be a large number of stink bugs, probably due to the season, so there was a warning. There are 3 stink bugs and 2 ladybugs in the room. I'm not good with insects, so I end up sleeping in fear of stink bugs. If I had had the information on the website or when I made the reservation, I could have looked for another accommodation, but since I only found out about it on the day of the trip, I feel like I was forced to play rock, paper, scissors.
It may be your preference, but the futon was hard and it was difficult to sleep. It would be nice if you could rent out mattresses, etc.
As I wrote at the beginning, I am really satisfied with the food.
