We do not accept customers under 15 years of age (including infants).
This is an adult-only hotel.

Stomach-friendly handmade breakfast

Breakfast menu on a particular day:
- 100% Fresh Juice
- Locally caught fish grilled over Kishu Bincho charcoal, prepared - according to each group's schedule
- Koshihikari rice from contracted farm Green Izushi cooked in an clay pot Hearty homemade pot filled with various ingredients
- Local fresh vegetable salad with Kyoto turnip dressing or wasabi soy sauce
- Egg dish and ham from Enjin Kannabe Ham
- Morning dessert exclusively from Saigetsu [Patisserie Lilac]: Amuse-brulee

Public Bath Tour & Colorful Yukatas
At Hanakouji Saigetsu, we provide complimentary admission tickets usable from check-in until 3:30 PM the next day. There are four Kinosaki Public Onsen within a 10-minute walk. Colorful yukatas are available for both men and women upon check-in.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to the final time of 5:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
※ We will ask for your preferred time for the private hot spring according to the order of check-ins. If you arrive after the final check-in time, we may not be able to accommodate your request. In that case, enjoy the public bath tour (with complimentary tickets). If it's past 7:00 PM, we will consider it as a cancellation at the discretion of the guest.

Private Hot Spring (Onsen)
You can use the private hot spring as per your accommodation on the day of check-in (1 session/40 minutes per group). We'll ask for your preferred time according to check-in order. The following day, please use the gender-segregated hot spring.

Accommodation Information
- Smoking is prohibited in all the facilities due to the wooden structure. noted that there are no elevators and there are no guest rooms on the 1st floor; access is via stairs to the 2nd or 3rd floor.
- The final check-in time is 5:00 PM. Please be cautious as check-in after this time may be considered as a cancellation.
- It's a three-story wooden building without an elevator. Access is via stairs, which can be challenging with large luggage. While we offer some assistance, we recommend traveling with minimal baggage.

- Parking is available for one regular-sized car at 1200 yen from check-in to check-out. Please inform us in advance. Larger vehicles like mini buses will be directed to parking in the hot spring town (additional fee applies).

- Entire building is smoking-free. If smoking occurs, a cleaning fee and compensation for lost revenue during the cleaning period will be charged.

- Pre-payment system. Bath tax of 430 yen per person will be charged on site.
