In the oldest playhouse in the Kansai region, you have the opportunity to dress up in a complete and authentic Kabuki costume. A photographer will take professional photos of you doing classic Kabuki poses on the stage!

Both a professional Kabuki dresser and a professional Kabuki make-up artist will be in charge of preparing and dressing you in the full Kabuki costume. This includes kumadori, a style of kabuki makeup used for powerful hero and villain roles. Afterwards, you will get to take commemorative photos on the actual stage. This isn't just an experience, but the world's first authentic Kabuki costume and makeup experience.

A one-of-a-kind souvenir!

In addition to this experience, participants will receive an oshiguma, an impression of the kumadori makeup of Kabuki actors on a piece of cotton cloth created as an artwork and memento--a one-of-a-kind souvenir for your trip!

This experience is an official plan supervised by Shochiku Co., Ltd., which handles most Kabuki productions and performances.
