Foreign nationals who hold a Chinese passport issued by Hubei and Zhejiang Provinces or travelers (of any nationality) who have visited the following countries/regions (listed in the link below) within 14 days of arrival in Japan will not be able to land in Japan except under special circumstances for the time being.
