Spend a day in the great outdoors with a local Japanese farmer

The area surrounding Kinosaki Onsen enjoys a nature's bounty of delicious fruits, vegetables, and wildlife.

Venture out to one of the region's locally run farms south of Kinosaki Onsen, and under the knoweldgeable guidance of a farmer and English and French-speaking guide, tour the community greenhouse, gardens, and rice fields!

Make sure to wear your farming clothes, because you'll be hitting the fields and helping out with the day's tasks, including cultivating or harvesting crops.

But not to worry! A fair day's work is worth fair pay - after an hour or so on the job, you'll be treated to a fresh lunch with local vegetables, and you'll bring some crops back with you for the road.
